I just received a pound of Mt. Hood Hops. I'm gonna open the package this weekend, but then what? How should I store this? A couple zip lock bags in the freezer? Any tips? Should I invest in a food vacuum sealer? Are those even available in Korea?

You can find vacuum bags in daiso with hand pumps to suck the air out, that's what I use.

They have similar air-pump and vacuum bags at Costco, in both bigger and smaller sizes. I use them for hops and home-smoked bacon alike.

I just throw a zip lock bag in the freezer, I've never seen any issues really if you use them fairly quickly; within a year.

True. I find pumping the air out makes them take up less room, so you can fit more into your freezer...
