IPA extract recipe

I was wondering if it would be possible to brew a solid IPA here with the limited ingredients from the Korean sites. I want to take a stab at my first IPA, but most recipes I see online call for ingredients that aren't available on goodbeer and beerschool. You guys have any suggestions?

I actually just found the extract recipe Rob posted for the Concrete Monkey. It seems like I can get everything here but the Dry Light Extract. Is Dry Light Extract the same stuff I can buy on goodbeer?

yeah. That will work. I think they may call it spray malt.
